Directions Assured through it’s specialist profile and regular advertising, has an extensive data-base and access to a considerable Candidate resource, resulting in a constant flow of appropriately qualified and experienced professionals, seeking career opportunities.

When a CV is submitted to Directions Assured, it is added if appropriate to our data-base which has a ‘state-of-the-art’ scanning and free text searching technology. This means that all the skills mentioned on a Candidates CV/details can be highlighted and selected upon.

Our data-base has been specifically selected to allow fast and accurate identification of potentially interested candidates to enable a fast and efficient response to every new Client requirement.

When CV’s are highlighted and shortlisted against a specific vacancy or Client requirement, the short-listed Candidates will then be contacted with the relevant information quickly and discreetly, usually either by personal email, letter or telephone depending upon the urgency of the requirement.

Once a Candidate has confirmed his/her interest, only then are we able to forward the candidates details to you. This ensures that the Client only receives details of suitably ‘briefed’ and ‘interested’ Candidates.

Clients Charter
  • We will acknowledge receipt of all Job specifications.

  • We will supply to you and clarify if needed any aspect of our Terms & Conditions of Business for each vacancy registered.

  • We will return you calls and or messages as quickly as possible.

  • We will give you a fair evaluation of the chance of Directions Assured assisting with the recruitment exercise. (we would normally undertake a data-base search given either a job specification and or other details and report back to you our findings and initial search results).

  • CVs will not be forwarded to you without the Candidates express permission.

  • Your company name can be retained for confidentiality reasons if you wish and only revealed to your ‘shortlist’ of Candidates selected for interview.

  • CV’s can be either emailed to you directly or posted, or even directed to your home address (for confidentiality reasons).

  • It is essential that we have feedback on Candidates submitted, to enable us if necessary to refine a search and give appropriate feedback to the interested Candidates.

  • We shall inform all Candidates of your decision regarding their applications, whether successful or otherwise.

  • We shall arrange interviews for your selected Candidates at your chosen time and location. Alternatively, this can be arranged at a mutually acceptable venue.
